Manager was nice as well as all the staff. There is restaurant Citrus Cafe at the premises.

we would stay here again, when in alappuzha. service and staff were in general nice. we liked the room, it was big.

Even the Cochin International airport was not so far. Valiyakulam is really close to the hotel. Room met what we needed. We will be returning here soon if we go to Alappuzha.
